Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on our baby girl.
We went to the doctor this morning to check out her heart and all her other “major” organs to make sure they are growing at the rate they need too. And, she passed with flying colors. She’s doing fabulous and does not have to go back to Dr. Peters (genetics specialist) any more, just my regular OB (Dr. Staud) from here on out.
She weights 1 pound and 2 ounces and has a strong heart beat! She remains a very active baby and when she does start to fill up the space inside me, she’ll be wearing me out with all her kicks and punches she’s throwing around right now.
Brian and I are doing good, up to our noses with basketball tournaments but that will all be over within three-four weeks. Then we’ll be able to focus on getting ready for her arrival in July. I’m 23 weeks tomorrow … 17 to go!!!
