Adyson is already showing signs of Daddy's love of writing. Today Adyson went to visit Dr. T (Tomecko) for her 15-month check-up. She's coming off a 4-day virus about two-weeks ago but she's completely over that. Now, she's just cutting three additional teeth ... both lower jaw teeth and one more lower tooth up front (no crankiness there).
Her check-up went GREAT. She passed her vision test, ears were clear and joints were solid. She's ahead of schedule with her motor and physical skills such as being able to scribble, large vocabulary and being to sign six words.
Weight: 24.0 (50 percentile for her age, average)
Height: 32" (2'7") (90 percentile for her age. We have a tall girl!)
Head: 18" (50 percentile for her age, average)
She has really developed an interest in books and reading (or at least looking at the pictures). On her own and out of the blue, she'll walk over to her play area and pick-up a book or two and just start going through the pages and calling out the objects she recognizes, such as dog, horse, duck, Elmo, and ball.
We have received notes from school stressing that they can't get over how "smart" she is. And, she's the youngest (& tallest) in her class. We are so PROUD of her!!!
