Break out the needle! Time for shots

Today was a big one for Ady. She had her 8-week checkup and received multiple shots.

The big news was that she checked in at 10 pounds, 6 ounces. While this is great news, she's still not big enough to sleep through the night yet. She also measured 23 1/2 inches. That's almost 2 feet! Just based on her size alone, Ady is growing just like normal.

Adyson had to get multiple shots on her upper thighs. Debbie can better explain, but Ady needed two shots on both thighs. Deb had to pin Ady's shoulders to the mat, which wasn't very fun for her at all. Ady let out some painful tears. But we can't let her get polio, right?
